What courses in Moscow on information security (network security) for junior-middle could you recommend?

I am currently graduating from high school with a degree in information security. There is CCNA certification. I would like to get more help in the form of knowledge and certification in the field of information security.
I'm thinking about CCNP Security, maybe you will advise something else both in the field of network technologies and information security in general?
CISSP, CISA(M) - I got the impression that I can't pull it yet.
