Which of the directions after software engineering or informatics and computer technology is more promising to study?

After software engineering , you can work:
Software Design Engineer | Software Systems Design Engineer | Programmer | Software Engineering Specialist | Specialist in the development of software and information systems | Software Testing Specialist | Software Project Management Specialist
After Informatics and Computing :
ERP Programmer | Html layout | IT specialist | Web Administrator | Web designer | Web programmer | Database Administrator | Programmer | Database developer | System Analyst | System programmer | SAP Specialist | Electronics
So far, I do not see a big difference between these areas (they "teach" the programmer both there and there). Can someone explain where is the best place to go?

Judging by your own description, the first is obviously better - IMHO, on most issues of competence of the second, it is easier to learn on your own (or on certified courses) than at a university.
In general, if I go to IT at a university, I would choose a university and a specialty with an emphasis on theory (Computer Science, mathematics, systems analysis), issues of organizational management of development / design / implementation processes, etc.
It is hardly worth expecting from a university that there you will be well trained in the practice of web design, system administration of current operating systems, equipment, protocols and software, programming of applied tasks in relevant languages using relevant libraries / frameworks (if they teach, then most likely , this knowledge will be superficial and / or outdated by the time of release), at the same time, you won’t really learn fundamental theoretical issues from combat experience, knowledge of which not only facilitates the search for a decently paid job, but also often helps out in practice.
