Which university in St. Petersburg teaches Information Security better?

I plan to leave for St. Petersburg in the coming years, I look at which universities I can apply for this specialty.
Already looked polytech and itmo. I don't know where would be better.
I am really interested in this specialty and everything connected with it, so I want to get a _quality_ education. I will consider not only these, in general, any university.

Look for those universities that participate in CTF. Of course, this is not a guarantee, but it still says something.
