Who faced this in practice, please tell me what is the difference between the scorm format and the usual html page, which contains training materials, interactive, tests in the form of js?
After digging in Google, I didn’t understand for myself, the most understandable is written on Wikipedia, but it doesn’t put all the points for understanding ...

As far as I know, a skorm package is an archive with a manifest and resources. It differs from the page in that the feed package is a means of transferring courses. The system where this package is imported is responsible for storage and playback.
