Nephew wants to learn programming. He himself has not yet decided what exactly is close to him, but I think that web development.
He has three more years to study, so there is time to think.
I, as a person far from the education system, do not know what to advise him in terms of the university. Where is the best place to go in Moscow? What items do you need to submit? Are there budget places and how many points do you need? How to help him with the choice of direction?

If he is interested in programming, then he should not be advised anywhere. Let him unlearn for show so where the set of items does not jar much. Programming in the Russian Federation is not taught in universities, and the output is trainees and juniors with a crust and no knowledge or with very outdated knowledge
