Which TV box to choose?

Good time of the day. Need help choosing a TV box.
Studying this question, I came to the conclusion what functionality / stuffing I need (given below).
It will be mainly used for watching/listening to network audio/video files stored on NAS and watching youtube and IVI.
Of the characteristics that have clear parameters:
1080p playback and ideally 2160p.
1080p and ideally 2160p playback over a network (including wireless).
Image output is 1080p and ideally 2160p.
Availability of WI-FI standard not lower than 802.11n.
Availability of USB.
The presence of HDMI.
Availability / ability to install the current KODI
Of the characteristics that have abstract parameters:
Stable operation
Decent WI-FI (normal speed and reliability)
Not noisy
Not expensive (relative to the segment of these devices)
