I'm looking for a TV antenna for a country house with a signal amplifier and a swivel mechanism so that you can change the direction of the antenna "remotely", and not twist the rod with the antenna.

You won't find. The reason is that the TV antenna must be stationary, if you catch a signal, you need to fix it as tightly as possible from the wind. It's easier to screw one or two more petals.
