Which tracker for Android to choose for an elderly person?

We need, so to speak, parental control over already middle-aged, but overly active relatives. :) The problem is that in the market this stuff is new and trying to find a suitable brute force is unrealistic. In addition, there are a lot of strange reviews about trackers lying with coordinates ... which, to put it mildly, is surprising.
The requirements are generally simple:

• Periodically infrequently sending the location to the server (5 minutes or more, better customizable period)
  
• Low battery consumption
  
• The accuracy of the given coordinates. If it is not possible to establish with a low error, we do not try to guess
  
• Work in the background, without demanding attention to yourself
  
• Optional - the ability to see the current location
  

Maybe there is some official solution from Google?

the accuracy of the coordinates given by the zhps-module does not depend on the program.
so maybe don't even look at it.
a smartphone with coordinates can lie easily, there is not a very high-quality zhps-part. Again, to mark this as a software problem is stupidity.
