Which torrent tracker engines are well suited for creating your own tracker?

Hello.
I would like to implement a torrent tracker on the site. The site itself is made in Yii, therefore, I would like to use a tracker in php.
I know the following torrent trackers, but unfortunately they are not suitable for various reasons:
1) TorrentPier
2) TBDev
3) CyBERhype Tracker
An example of sites with a good torrent tracker engine:

In general, a standard list of torrent tracker features is required. Or, can you write links to the documentation, according to which you built your tracker?

Quite an old question, but have you chosen anything?
At the moment, TorrentPier is pretty abandoned.
And shiza-project.com, which you indicated, registers a meta with some Felicia CMS 2.6.0 (Mimus) about which nothing is known in Google.
Most likely they all use something samopisny.
