Why is my torrent not downloading?

Created a torrent with this command: transmission-create -o name.torrent path/to/file
The resulting file was uploaded to the torrent by the client. The name of the file was displayed in the client, but it did not download.

If the ip is white or you are in the same local network, then you can manually add a peer (ip: port) in the torrent client on the peers tab.

The torrent file must contain the name of the tracker with which the torrent client will connect to exchange peers. Of course, you can wait for work on DHT, or you can not wait.
