Which template engine to choose for Express?

Recommend a template engine.
I can’t digest Jade, I want something similar to ejs, but having an implementation of layout and other things that are in erb.

I like ect , there is template inheritance, it works very fast (one of the fastest template engines), it is embedded in html and so on. An ideal templating engine if you are not afraid of CoffeeScript syntax.
