Which task management system conveniently transfers resources between tasks?
We used Megaplan, Bitrix, looked at wrike,
but nowhere did I find a convenient mechanism for managing tasks in a team.
The essence of the problem is a visual and convenient transfer of the result of one task in a formalized form automatically to another task, keeping the comments of the previous stage, the essence of the task.
Most systems treat a task as a separate process.
For example - "The task for Vasya is from Petya. Katya is watching. The point is to wash the dishes in the kitchen." - everything is simple here. there is a specific performer, you can make a template for the task, attach the rules for washing dishes, etc.
But if there is a task of such a plan:
"Buy a computer for an employee"
according to the thinking of the authors of many management systems, it automatically becomes a project with a bunch of subtasks, but at the same time within the company it is not a PROJECT, since the project is essentially what the company does, what brings money, etc.
But small internal tasks are usually built differently in life, for example.
The manager starts the process of starting up the computer. As part of the process, a task is created for the engineering department - "select a computer for an employee and request an invoice-contract", then the result of this task- invoice files from the supplier are sent to the legal service to check the counterparty / supply agreement, then, as part of the process, a specific agreement and invoice are sent to the financial service for payment, then the documents and information about the purchase are transferred to the logistics department to receive the cargo, after receiving the cargo, a task appears to inventory...
In general, many tax managers offer to create projects, but still there is no explicit control over what is the result of the task of the previous stage of work. There is something from the principle of the Gantt chart, when the next task depends on the previous deadline for the possible start of work.
The problem is that there is no convenient, concise way to transfer the same "Buy a Computer" task to the next service with a note that these files are the source data and the rationale for the work.
You have to fill in a bunch of fields every time, copy the essence of the task, the thread of comments is lost in parallel, or you constantly attach links to the previous stage and make sure that everyone has viewing rights ... brr ... Visually, the service should see only its essence
at each stage tasks, but a general comment feed,
first see only the files related to their stage (for example, in the task in the example - the supply contract is not needed for inventory, but acceptance documents are needed), but at the same time be able to see the entire list of all files attached by others ... We
met such a solution from the box? So far, I like conciseness in Onlyoffice, but there is no convenient transfer of resources between tasks....
