Which tablet to buy as a gift?

Hello! The new year is coming, I decided to give my sister a tablet! Basically, she will need to study, read books, go online, she will not run any heavy applications (games, etc.), the budget is 20-25t.r. What do you recommend to take? I'm still looking at the iPad Mini 2, but, so to speak, it's still for now)

Reviewed many different tablets. It is for reading - pdf, epub, fb2 - I really like the iPad. It is extremely convenient and responsive to work as a native reader (ibooks), and alternative ones (AiReader and KYBOOK). I read an average of 300 page books a week. You won't believe. I'm probably the only person who bought an iPad primarily for reading). If she REALLY read books, then the ipad is unambiguous. Well, if not only for reading and surfing, then you can do something on android.

The iPad Mini 2 is quite a good option.

Oh, yes of course. Internet for study and at home. Books can also be read in the reader. It looks like she's fooling you.

Great option:
iPad Mini 2 - 7.9" screen
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 - 8.4" screen
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 - 10.1" screen
See the other specifications on the Internet, but they are not so different)
If the sister has a phone and he is on Android, then she will be more familiar with Samsung.
