How to fix fastboot?

In general, Alcatel phone. When I want to go into fastboot, it just hangs on the Alcatel OneTouch splash screen. I tried to go through adb (adb reboot bootloader)
How can I fix it? In the recovery comes perfectly.

This is normal for Fastboot mode. (for that from and fast that there is no graphics)
Then the phone is connected to the computer and all work goes only through the computer, it is unlikely that anything will change on the screen.
