Which tab has the actual number of unique app installs in the Apple Store?

Good evening. Can you please tell me on which of these tabs you can see the real number of unique app installs in the Apple Store?

1 - it's embarrassing that the numbers are from "consent", i.e. if the application was downloaded by 5 people, 2 of them agreed, and 3 did not, then I will see only 2, and not the real number?



2 - confusing "cases of purchase" in the explanation of the name, although the application is free. As I understand it, this is the total number of downloads, i.e. 1 person downloaded the application on 5 of their devices, but from one account - the number will be 5. In short, you also can’t see the unique number of installations
