JIRA
plugins have more
interface, on the contrary, it's more ugly,
although it's a matter of habit

If I chose only from these two, then I would probably take Redmine, it has always been closer to me.
Pros:
- Open-source. Although this is a plus, which is also a minus, but it allows for improvements.
- Relatively flexible in settings
- Fairly clear, though outdated interface
- Extended functionality with plug-ins
Cons:
- You need to deploy and maintain your server. For some, this is a problem, since there are no specialists. Moreover, it significantly eliminates the conditional "free".
- On large amounts of data, users, or the number of plug-ins connected, performance begins to drop significantly.
- As an open source, it is slowly being developed, some bugs are easier to fix on your own than to wait for an update.
- Scrum / Kanban boards, if relevant, will have to be solved by plugins, and they are far from all fire.
Do you even consider other solutions?

@Atanvar

We chose Jira, a very cool service, a lot of features, sooo many plugins and a cool API with which you can do your internal projects.
