Which SSL certificate to choose for our case?

Hello.
Our company organizes large-scale conferences in Russia and abroad.
There is a large website-portal, as well as personal accounts for our clients: physical. individuals and organizations.
Among other things, there are working hybrid (HTML, PhoneGap) mobile applications for iOS and Android using the site.
We want to finally transfer our entire economy to work over secure HTTPS.
We don't know what type of SSL certificate to choose: OV or EV.
In fact, we store and transfer personal and financial information of our clients through Personal Accounts. However, no electronic payments are made on our website.
Should we choose OV or EV? EV preferred?
Where is the best place to buy SSL certificates?
Are there any dependencies for the operation of mobile applications for iOS and Android on the type and provider of the SSL certificate?

From a cryptographic point of view, OV and EV are no different from free letsenkriptovsky ones, only with a nameplate in the address bar of the browser, which, IMHO, is pure show-off.
If the proportion of clients with ancient phones (who may not have the necessary root certificates in the store) is so low that it can be neglected, any certificate will do, regardless of the type of validation and CA.

The type of validation does not affect the content of the certificate, it only affects whether it receives a "green badge" or not and, accordingly, the duration and complexity of verifying the data that you pass to them for issuing a certificate. To give more solidity, you can purchase an EV-certificate. It certainly costs money - but the reputation is generally priceless.
It is better to purchase a certificate from a well-known supplier - Thawte, Comodo. If in Russia - you can buy it from nic.ru (at the same time, CA will still be Comodo, but cheaper)
. Large CAs - the same Thawte is even in the most fossilized phones, those that are smaller - there is less trust in them and the device may not be.
