Is this the public key of the certificate?

We bought SSL from Thawte, previously sent the CSR generated on the server using MS IIS, received a certificate from them in *.p7b format. Installed everything works. Now you need a public key for the client, where can I get it

The public key is contained in the certificate. More precisely, a certificate is a public key signed by the CA's key plus additional metadata (time and date of signing, CN of the certificate owner, CN of the issuing CA, etc.).
