Which SSD VPS to choose, ihor or Racktech?

Hello! Now I'm choosing an SSD KVM VPS server to use with mysql / percona + nginx + php-fpm, I settled on two options, ihor and Racktech . I like both in terms of tariffs, but I want to listen to people who have had experience working with these companies. Now I use SSD OpenVZ on REG.RU , but in comparison with those two - it's very expensive there, ~ 600r / month for a tariff with 512MB of RAM.
So if someone has dealt with the aforementioned offices and can tell something about them, or can advise good options with SSD KVM VPS servers located in Moscow and such tariffs that for 1000r / month you can get at least 2GB of RAM - thanks in advance).
