Which SSD to choose for MacBook Pro 15 mid 2010?

I want to find an SSD for my MacBook Pro 15 mid 2010, the volume is about 250GB. I plan to leave the old 500GB hard drive - plug it into the optibey instead of the DVD drive. Which to choose?

If a standard 2.5" fits into it, then, for me, the best now is Samsung 850 Pro, I recently bought 250k - the flight is normal, now we buy 120k for the server. But it's better not to take Evo - according to reviews, their speed degrades from filling and wear.In general, in all SSD formats, Samsung is now in the lead.
