According to the first, there is not enough information - what kind of controller is there and how everything works.
The second is a very good option. - half a gigabyte of RAM, a good controller, normal characteristics.
For desktop, it's a great option.
And they have different designs - the first is included in M2, the second in SATA.

Vertex. Long time on the market, good wheels. If a personal opinion - I use exclusively Kingston, I like it.
If people save, I send for SmartBuy. So far no complaints
