Optimizing ssd in windows 8.1, does it mean defrag?

I launched the dfrgui utility and saw there that optimization for my system ssd was enabled. Many places write that this option should be disabled, but I have doubts about this. Maybe after all, optimization means executing the TRIM command, and not defragmenting the disk?

You don't need to disable anything.
If you look closely, you will see that your ssd is defined as a "solid state drive", so the defrag won't run.

Bullshit, Windows 8.1 defragments SSDs and it’s not TRIM at all, it’s already been procrastinated on technical forums, then small software still deigned to give an answer about this, this was done because of corporate use to speed up the creation of shadow copies, but to the heap “under distribution" also included the desktop version of Windows 8.1. So you need to turn off defragmentation manually, otherwise Windows will defragment your SSD and without that shortening its life with the mediocre NTFS file system in all respects, which is generally not suitable for SSD drives. And it exists to this day only due to the fact that small software is better at making new tiles than developing something really necessary.
