Which specialty should I apply for: Software Engineering, Applied Informatics or Information Systems and Technologies?

Good day!
Kindly, tell the applicant where it is better to go: in Software Engineering, in Applied Informatics or in Information Systems and Technologies? What is more promising?
I want to connect my life with programming in high-level languages and software architecture.
Actually, there is one more question ... In all universities, passing points are distributed as follows: Pr.Inf<In.Sys.T.<Prog.Eng. That is, it is much more difficult to get into Software Engineering (210 points from 3 exams) than to Applied Computer Science (170 points from 3 exams). But, despite this, on various information resources where ratings of specialties are compiled, Software Engineering takes 4th place out of 4, and applied informatics - 3. (Obst., In. systems takes 1st). Why is that? Where is the best place to study? Judging by the points - Prog. engineer, judging by the rating - Inform. Systems and technologies .... I'm confused ..

Just look at the syllabuses, ask students and decide.
The name of the specialty does not always accurately reflect what will be taught there, and the program can vary quite a lot from university to university.
