Which solution on linux to choose for backup of a large file dump?

Hello,
There is a file dump on debian7:
Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
917G 743G 128G 86% /mnt/data1
1.8T 1.6T 148G 92% /mnt/data2
Files are mostly jpeg, psd, ai, indd in general, projects of graphic editors. For backup, a 3TB hdd was purchased in advance for the same server. That is, only 1 full copy of /mnt/data1 and /mnt/data2 will fit on such a disk if you use cp. Do not even suggest compression, 7za -mx3 compresses this data size for 3-4 days. Backup should be done once a week. What can you guys suggest?
