Which smartphone to choose with a diagonal of no more than 4 ''?

I suppose that the solution on Android will be the best, but I am not at all guided by non-top models.
The requirements are simple - watch movies, listen to music, surf the Internet (calls and SMS, of course). Of course, it is important that a more or less up-to-date firmware gets up so that there are no problems with the software, and the device works as quickly as possible.
The budget is limited to 10-12k.

nexus go through this budget, but the display is larger, try to twist the nexus 4 and nexus 5 in your hands.

You can see BB Z10. If ordered from Germany to CU. It's there now with delivery just within your budget. But the screen is no longer android.
