Which phone model to choose for development under Windows Phone?

Hello.
Advise, please, with arguments, phone model for development under Windows Phone.
There is a desire to buy the most common (however fun it may sound) phone on Windows Phone in order to carry out the initial development and debugging of applications for this platform on it.
The phone will not be used "at home", so there is no desire to overpay. However, it should be as "close to the reality" of users as possible.
So far, the main candidate is Nokia Lumia 625. But, what if I'm wrong =)
What device would you recommend?

Take lumia 525 or 520
for 625, the screen is larger, but the resolution is the same
RAM at 625 and 520 at 512 mb, so 525 with 1 GB wins here,
so for heavy applications - 525 (as the cheapest with 1 GB of memory)
under the photo- applications - 625 (as the most accessible with a minimally normal camera)
under "just play around" - 520 (well, there's nothing superfluous at all)
