Which SIP provider for calls ON 8-800?

Hi all!
Tell me from which SIP provider calls will definitely go to 8-800-100-77-33 and 8-800-200-00-00
I tried with MTT, SIPNET, COMTUBE - they don’t work, the status is Busy or just drops
I understand these numbers are free and that you can call from a mobile phone.
But -
You need the ability to call from a computer.
If anyone has the opportunity, check for yourself the availability of dialing these numbers (if connected to a SIP provider)

Youmagic with numbers +88314 - does not work;
Multiphone from Megafon - works.

We use two providers:

• MTT - checked, calling
  
• SIPNET - it is forbidden to call 8800 - specified in the contract

I solved the problem by installing a USB modem with a SIM card without an ab / board.
