Usually some kind of SIP provider such as MangoOffice or Zadarma is taken.
Next comes the WebRTC provider. Of course, you can write it yourself, but it's so difficult PPC.
I know 2 more or less popular suppliers:
- twillio - good for the western market
- https://voximplant.ru/ - better adapted to the Russian Federation
On their basis, you can write a widget that can be relatively easily integrated into any web application.
