Convenient calling to the wards of a charitable foundation, how?
Hello!
Please share your experience in call automation. We have the following specifics - up to 10,000 people, calling from 1 to 5 volunteers. Autoinformer and SMS alerts have not taken root, many clients are deaf, hard, etc. You need to call real people. As a telephone station, a solution based on VoIP telephony is used, but it was not possible to automate at least dialing on the used telephone sets (YeaLink SIP-T22) - access to the phone book is not convenient, dialing is done by pressing too many buttons.
Perhaps there are more convenient telephone sets in which access to the phone book is carried out by pressing some # [subscriber_number_in_phone_book]
Perhaps there are some other ideas for optimizing calls - I will be glad for any sound ideas and suggestions. Thank you!
