Which set-top box to choose for converting Multicast to HDMI?

There is a TV set with Smart-TV (Samsung), but the problem is that its operating system (Tizen) does not understand Multicast traffic. I want to put some kind of converter that will broadcast the resulting Multicast to HDMI and display it on a TV. Ideally, this device should be POE. Has anyone experienced something similar?
