Which service to use to organize video calls through a browser?

I am looking for a cloud service that provides the ability to organize video calls for two people through a browser. Requirements:
1) Without third-party plug-ins - maximum Flash, but only as a last resort
2) Automatic recording of video calls with easy access to them through the admin panel / api
3) Quality at skype level - 4k and even FullHD is not needed :-)
4) Stable work for NAT
5) Adequate cost
6) Not a "dead" service - developing and supported
7) Ideally - the ability to host the server part with us, but not fundamentally
Some time ago (a couple of years ago) we tried to organize it ourselves, went through Wowza, WebRTC, but everywhere there was wild hemorrhoids with setting / configuration / support for different browsers, etc. Now I want to use a ready-made "boxed" solution with a transparent api that will just work.
From what I found, voximplant seems to be the most interesting, but perhaps there is something more suitable?
