How to display a video timeline with white balance or other reference information in a video editor?
There is a video, about 2.5 hours, approximately homogeneous, shooting a white monitor screen. Once every 10-20 minutes there is a "blinking" picture for 0.33-0.5 seconds becomes 60% darker. You need to find all the "blinks" in the video. Is there a program in which you can download the video, you could see, for example, the white balance in the entire video, in order to track "blinking" on the timeline, how does this balance subside? Or is there some other way to highlight the conditional "darkening" of the picture on the timeline? And in what video editor can this be done? Revisiting 2.5 hours is not an option, help, good people
