Which service to choose for WebDAV as a file space extension?

Good evening.
Preamble: there is vps, the place is running out, I really don’t want to switch to another tariff just because of the place. for the rest of the parameters, and so already with a surplus, there is also no desire to switch to another hoster.
I would like to use storage with WebDAV access as the main one for heavy files, i.e. wishes are as follows:

• of course paid
  
• file size limit upload/storage/download at least 2GB
  
• multithreading
  
• unlimited number of listing/download/upload
  
• at least some guarantees of reliability prescribed in the contract are desirable
  
• the possibility of ordering 100GB for the first time with subsequent expansion without much difficulty
  
• only not from Russia, preferably EU-Germany
  
• Payment from the card from physical. faces without dancing with a tambourine
  

Amazon and Google have already looked - do not fit.
Tell me, please, which ones should I pay attention to?

(these are definitely ok in terms of multithreading, which is cheaper - see for yourself, Amazon has a free option for the time being)
I use Hubic for backups (in the signature, if anything), but it’s not very much about multithreading, even paid, large files ok
