Blogger from Google is not suitable, as it is more designed for full-fledged blogs, and not microposting. That is, when you click on a blogger post, a new page opens. I do not need this at all, since the post is short and there is no point in expanding it.

Better look towards a full-fledged CMS (for example, Wordpress). There you can customize it the way you want.
