Video hosting for accordion and bayan players :)
Video conversion with ffmpeg.
Approximately 1000 views per day.
20-100 videos will be converted per day.
Which server to choose?
I thought to take from hetzner, at an auction, for example i7-3770, 16 Gb Ram, 3 Tb Hdd for 25 EUR per month.

My example: 4 cores*2.8 = 60 minutes video mpeg2 1920*1080 = 45 minutes on average conversion.
Calculate for yourself now. Definitely few cores.
