Which server is suitable for a university management information system?

I created an information management system for the university. There are 16,000 students in total at the university. Which server is suitable so that students can access their interface without problems?

I was not interested in cheaper solutions, probably it will live on some vdske, depending on how your code is written

In PHP language, MySQL database. Each student and teacher has their own username and password to enter the system.
