Once my contract was canceled due to the lack of a diploma, they offered me a temporary job in the USA under a contract, but to get a work visa you need to have an education in the required specialty. Since then, I've been wondering if I should get an education. You never know how life can be.
I was already thinking of recuperating at the university, which I scored, but it is economic, this does not solve the problem, because. specialty "Finance and Credit", but you need something related to programming.
My story is that I entered the Bauman school, was expelled from there, went to the Institute of Banking, and in the fifth year, just before graduation, I simply scored on him, because. neither he nor his diploma will give me anything in life, then he was strongly and rapidly mad at entrepreneurship, and his wife also became pregnant, somehow it was not up to him.
Now I decided, as they say, to kill two birds with one stone - to find a university with a specialty "programming of economic systems" or something like that, which would suit the IT direction, where I could transfer some disciplines, and since its time If I don’t attend, then I would be happy to have evening, part-time, or better online training. I consider only state universities (if we take the Russian Federation)
I already asked a similar question earlier, although it was radically different, I was advised by mesi. It seems like it’s not expensive and there is everything you need, but on the phone it turned out that I can cut off a maximum of six months there, they say, these are the rules, and in order to recover to them, you must first recover at your university, then apply for a transfer.
I called my university, they told me that I can recover, they remember me, finish some disciplines and get a diploma this year. I think, damn it, if I recover - half a year and a diploma, and there 4 years ... But the specialty is not the same. However, six months of everything and the highest, though not necessary. I think, well, you can have two higher ones, since such a thing.
I call again, I try to explain the situation - I say, so and so they say, the problem of the diploma was solved, I want
to learn from you for the purpose of my further development, what do I need for this? Says diploma then. I tell her, I am ready to pass the entrance examinations, since my academic certificate does not allow me to pass the entrance examinations.
As a result, she says that she will still have to take exams, and she needs a diploma.
Of course, for the second higher education, you need a diploma of the first higher education. But damn it, what's the problem with studying in two universities at the same time? Or maybe, while I was explaining the situation, she thought that I was stupid, since I was expelled from two universities and did not finish my studies, and this should be sent off now?
In general, I just found out when the entrance exams begin and we said goodbye. Maybe I’ll stupidly apply on a general basis when they begin, but somehow some rejection of the university remains now.

What universities and faculties could you advise me for my situation, my wishes and tasks?
Are there foreign universities that offer this? Can you recommend them?

I studied at the distance learning faculty of the Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics - fdo.tusur.ru I
graduated in 2013, maybe something has already changed; I will describe in general terms.
- State university and state diploma. There are technical and economic specialties. I graduated 080801 - "applied informatics in economics".
- Training takes place entirely online. It is necessary to come to Tomsk for the entire time of study two or three times (depending on the specialty): for a workshop (s) and the defense of a diploma. Each visit is about two weeks long.
- Upon admission, present an academic certificate and a fair amount of the subjects already passed will be credited to you. An individual study plan is drawn up.
- There are accelerated learning programs.

I heard unflattering reviews about MIT, but I don’t know any positive reviews about the remote control at all.

I had the same problem with a broken work visa to Germany. At that time, I almost flew into the orbit of Neptune on jet propulsion from bitterness bursting me in connection with this failure.
I must say right away that I don’t know a _good_ distance learning with a degree at the end. There are "not very" ones - I myself work remotely at MIT - mti.edu.ru. You get a crust at the end (state standard, and the university is recognized, for example, in the German anabin database), it is convenient to take subjects; the training program (from my point of view, I have been a professional developer for a long time) is very weak and does not provide any knowledge on top of the existing ones. But it doesn't have to, although it would be nice. If you need a crust and a more or less well-known university, I recommend them. If knowledge - it is better to study on your own or go to a day school in some Bauman school or another A +++ university.
A word about accelerated learning. For me, this looks extremely dumb, given that it _might_ affect the evaluation of the diploma negatively. Or maybe not, but I don't want to try my luck here.
