Where can I talk to native speakers?

While I was at school / university, it always seemed that a programmer did not need English, but now I am trying to get a job and English is required everywhere. :( And okay, still technical, because it’s also often colloquial for negotiations with foreign clients and developers. I know him so at a basic level that I don’t even have enough to read technical documentation. :( Are there any online courses where can I talk with native speakers (for example, via Skype)? It seems to me that this is the fastest (and perhaps the only) way to somehow learn a language. Otherwise, without speaking, I studied it for many years, but never learned it ...

Technical English is not spoken English.
Any lingualeo, duolingo and so on - a couple of months - will improve reading skills and vocabulary and grammar. Plus Ted Talks to reinforce. Well, in parallel reading the documentation in English.
And conversational in general has little meaning for grammar, it’s only to communicate / listen / watch movies. It won't come out quickly, but technical English and a general intermediate level are usually more than enough for a junior mid.

Who do you generally work for? A programmer (not a lead) does not communicate with foreign clients. Yes, and with foreign developers is also rare. How many got a job as a programmer and went through social security - there were no strict requirements for the language anywhere. Either you have raised the bar for yourself and do not consider "these local desks."

грамматику следует понимать. Словарный запас = чтение тех.документации+общение(скайп, игры, фейсбук, форумы,спец.сайты, коллеги, туристы)+просмотр иностранных фильмов (благо хватает технических фильмов)+lingvo+google translate
