Which security exam (certificate) to take?
Good afternoon.
I have been working as a programmer for several years, I would like to upgrade in safety not only from a technical point of view, but also from a management point of view. I really liked CISSP, but it needs 5 years of proven experience and preferably in several areas.
Is there a good exam, but without such strict requirements for passing? Thanks

Why take an exam? Is there an understanding?
if not, it is better to invest not in the cost of the exam and preparation materials, but in specialized training and work experience.
The exam is taken in the Russian Federation in 90% of cases to confirm competence and work on the purchase / contract with the customer. This certificate is needed by the integrator, if you go to work in one, as a rule, you will be sent to the necessary courses and paid for the necessary exam. Abroad, yes, the certificate helps to find a job, but here - not so much.
And so there is ISACA, CISA is an auditor in information security, CISM is a manager in information security, CISSP are more technical points, but not some chapters from CISA.
PS I forgot to add, all these exams require a relevant work experience of 5 years, but there is a life hack: studying in a related (technical) specialty counts for this experience. Further worse, for example, managerial CGEIT already requires real management experience, and not studying at a university.
If you pump - then you can use tutorials and guidelines for the relevant certificates from ISACA. But to pass ... These exams are full of questions on the Western regulatory framework, which, as you understand, is of little use for us. On the other hand, in the domestic information security, most people know what kind of certificates they are. If you are going to work in this specialty, then having such a certificate can help a little at the interview. Although the question still remains whether this result is worth the spent time (and it will take a lot) and money.
Although, if you are going to go to the West or work closely with projects from Western customers, then yes, the certificate may come in handy.
