What is desirable:
- Custom fields (mandatory)
- Price processing (desirable)
- Availability of API (desirable)
- Online version (mandatory)
- Custom sorting
- In supplier cards, you can enter certain products.
- In each supplier, it will be possible to sign possible discounts for goods separately
- Sort by Goods, there are product cards where it is written which counterparties have them, what discounts can be and what delivery times.
What has already been tried, did not work:
- My warehouse (moysklad.ru)
- Delovod (delovod.ua)
- Big bird (bigbird.ru)
If there is nothing at all from online versions, then desktop programs will do.

there are simply no universal solutions, and therefore there are applications that expand the functionality.
for example, MOISKLAD https://www.moysklad.ru/ - everything seems to be there, for example, price processing,
and for a simple case it even works, but if something is complicated, then you already need to look for specialized solutions for this, for example, PriceMatrix https: //price-matrix.ru/
A similar situation with https://www.business.ru/ - there is a minimum functionality for processing price lists, but if something is automated, then something needs to be thought of.
Be prepared that any solution will need to be DRIPPED to suit your needs. And there is no universal one for everyone.
You can always take 1C and program everything you need from scratch. But only you know if it's worth it.
