Most likely, everyone. And at the store, and at the bank, and at the payment system, and at someone else in the middle and a group of places somewhere on the side, not directly connected with you.

The 3d-secure page is a page of your bank's website, so it is saved in the logs by itself. It would be strange not to save the IP address in the logs.
I’ll tell you more, one of the banks that I used to use when I unexpectedly changed the geographic location of the IP from which I logged in (I changed the VPS in the Netherlands, which was used all the time for VPN to a server in France), asked me in a human voice (a call from a bank security officer) “Mr. Osin, here instead of the usual Netherlands, your data was lit up from France, was it really you? and having received confirmation, they asked if this address should be marked as normal for me. That is, they not only store, but some also have triggers that report sudden geographic changes to the Security Council, which is correct from the point of view of the safety of my money.

Roman, you take and put the internal system of ALL banks?
Each bank has its own software. For example, we store IP. It's even in the logs. I am sure that in the current age, when they store a bunch of different data, there is a place on IP, so they store everything. And you don't need to look for experts.

The bank may have your IP address if the payment was made through the service of the same bank. If this is not the case, then the IP address will be at the bank or payment system where the payment service that you used to pay is registered. In the second case, the bank where you issued the card receives information about the transaction through the payment system, there is no longer an IP address.
If you have claims against the bank, then you can first try to appeal the operation to the bank by writing an application there. If it doesn’t help and you want further showdowns, then contact the relevant authorities.

Keeps like a pretty little one, and even heders. They also came to me with a 3-month folder of printed logs containing absolutely all the actions of a particular user.
I will say more, more outdated logs are written on magnetic tapes and stored in the archive since the zero years. Don't doubt it, gentlemen. If you want, check it out;)
