Which Russian-language exchange should a frontender choose in 2018?

I am considering freelance.ru and FL.ru, but I came to the toaster due to fears due to angry reviews all over the Internet about all sorts of deceptions and poor service of one or another exchange.
Tell me, those who are more experienced, which of these exchanges to choose for comfortable work?
(Wangyu advice to go to foreign exchanges - yes, yes, I will do it as soon as my English allows me)

Delete fl.ru immediately. Don't even think about going there.

flru is the largest, but I advise you to take all the exchanges stupidly and be placed everywhere. chances of getting a job will be much higher.

If you start the current, then the fl ru is just right, it’s not a pity to crap yourself and lose your profile there.

FLRU is the leader in terms of volume. But accommodate everyone.

I won’t tell you about the front-end, but I’ll tell you how the graphic designer works with Russian exchanges.
There are few orders for freelancing and the unjustified cost of a subscription recently.
I didn’t like freelancing outwardly, it’s uncomfortable, all answers are open, and so on.
There is a terrible support on fl, no support for a freelancer if you are not working according to the BS. A lot of scammers, you can’t work without prepayment. But most of my orders come from there. I don’t know about other exchanges, I haven’t been. If I were you, I would sit on fl and improve my English at the same time.
