What are the reviews about working as a web developer in English companies?

Hi everybody! Interested in remote work with England. If someone has such experience, tell me, plz, the resources where you found work or communities, for example, which ones. I am also interested not only in the search for companies, but also in the developers themselves in order to torment them with a few questions. In fact, my goal is to study the English segment of the front-end, how they do everything, etc.

Try to find a job through acquaintances who are there, or acquaintances of acquaintances, it will be the easiest way.
And take a look at the US.

I also have a friend who works in the USA, there are much more opportunities in this area than we have in Europe and different companies too.
