Which Russian companies have share purchase programs for employees?

I noticed that in many American companies a certain part of the income is the issuance of shares to their employees after a certain period (or the issuance of the right to preferential purchase of shares). Do any Russian companies have the same practice (it + fintech)?

I noticed that in many American companies

This is slightly wrong. In very few companies this is possible. Basically, in VERY LARGE ones, where there are too many shares of companies, and this is all extremely difficult, because by default an employee of the company has information from the inside, and therefore can deliberately sell or buy these shares, having such information.
The fact that you heard about such companies on Google - so you need to understand that in America, in principle, there are a lot of companies and you have heard only about the largest of them.
And so, in order to sell their shares on the stock exchange, this company still needs to grow decently. There are no such companies in Russia, because quite large companies are owned by you know who and his friends.
Abroad, such an opportunity is taken very seriously, and all such shareholders sign a bunch of documents about what they have the right to do, what they do not have, what they have the right to say that they do not have. Attempts to sell or buy shares for a large amount, if anyone suspects that you knew something, will lead to a thorough investigation with criminal consequences.

As a rule, this is an additional option for retaining top management. And the options offered are usually purely individual.

Yes, in general, in all major IT and non-IT, well, you are not a top manager to be given them to you. Many are traded on the stock exchange for the same money, you can buy shares not only of your company, but also of competitors

Of those companies where I worked, I know that exactly such a program exists in Button and Contour, but it only begins to operate after a certain length of service - usually 5 years.

yes, but done through countries where it works
sometimes there is simply - dependence of the premium on the company's stock price
