Which router to choose to work with a 4G modem?

Good day to all. In general, I recently purchased a 4G Megafon modem, I checked everything in the computer. But I took it for a summer residence. You need a router that will work correctly with it. Modem model Huawei E3276 (M150-1). I tried to set it up with the Upvel router, nothing happened. There is no Internet. It doesn't even get an ip address. Yes, I forgot to say at the conditions of giving 4G, I don’t even pretend to, therefore, it doesn’t matter whether the router supports 4G or not. There, if at least EDGE catches happiness, it will already be. What do you advise?

ZyXeL Keenetic 4G - like the norms and 4G modem yota worked for me outside the city with 3G and 4G modems from mts and beeline.

For whistles I use only Mikrotik. Hearty and not expensive
For example 951g or 751g.
