Two anroyd devices did not want to see wi-fi 5Ghz. After @night_elf 's advice, I changed the region to the USA, set the channel to 157 and everything worked.

Where can I specify regional wi-fi settings in the android settings so that the phone can see channels allowed in Russia (according to Wikipedia 34-64)?

Nowhere. Only with root or in custom firmware.
