Which router to choose for a small office + server?

we have a small office 10-20 PCs, win_server + linux server, it has a cloud, mail, files and a bunch of other things
, in fact, the router only needs adequate port forwarding, stable Internet distribution without having to go kicking the router with your feet ...
well, such goodies like vpn, speed limit per user, etc. will only be a plus
now it costs ASUS RT-N12+
or maybe I'm worrying in vain and leave this one?
ps Why do many recommend a Mikrotik company?

If there is no problem with it, then why change?

add a network card to it and let it be a router. Nothing to the detriment of the functions that it already performs. Only the firewall must be carefully configured so as not to expose all the raised services to the outside.

Why do so many people recommend Mikrotik?

Because We Can Do Much. Mikrotik. :D
Specialized linux, adapted to the tasks of the router and a relatively simple setup program (in fact, it's not simple at all - you still need to know what you're doing :)).
