Which router do you recommend with 10 gigabit ports and no wifi?

To build a home 10gig network, you need to select the appropriate router, without a built-in AP.

Requirements:
- At least 3 pieces of 10gig ports, more is better
- Some user-friendliness is desirable
- And at the same time, settings should be available, and not in the way that it becomes fashionable in consumer products now, when nothing can be changed
- Reasonable price
- Optional, but it would be great if it could do POE+\POE++
- Not noisy

So far I've found two devices:
- CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS - technically, not quite a router, but [stepped, confused in letters, sorry] supports RouterOS , there should be enough resources for the house
- CRS305-1G-4S+IN - similar. The price is nicer, however, there are only 4 ports, and, judging by the reviews, it will be necessary to collective farm additional cooling, and if 4 ports are used, the standard PSU is not quite sufficient. But cheap.

I saw another Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Infinity ER-8-XG, but it costs three times more than CRS305-1G-4S + IN ...

It's embarrassing that both devices are from Mikrotik. I'm not a networker, I don't understand networks. There is a location with mikrotiks, they are interesting, but I would like something more user-friendly with beautiful goo and frills, at a reasonable price and with the same or better stability, while not being super expensive.

It happens?

@ClearAirTurbulence

This suggests the separation of fast ports (switch) and routing to / from the Internet (router), for which the speed is a couple of orders of magnitude lower. In this case, the range of solutions increases significantly.
