Which router can use several sources of Internet access at once?
Hello. You need a router that can use several existing WiFi networks as sources of Internet access at once and optionally a 3G / 4G network.
The priorities are as follows: by default, one of the WiFi networks is used, but if none of them works, the SIM card and, accordingly, the mobile network come into play.
For the price, a budget solution is desirable, super speeds are not required. You can connect an external USB modem.

Mikrotik is good, but ... if you haven’t dealt with microts before, then I don’t recommend it. And I recommend Kinetics Hero4. Catch wifi and distribute is called WISP. Kinetics has WISP, 4g modem and 2 wired WAN ports.

Either a cheaper kinetic runner, or any cheapest kinetic runner with a USB port and an external modem, then, everyone has a van port, everyone has a WISP. But not all have 5GHz, gigabit ports, a lot of memory and some functions
Mikrotik, kineticist, just make sure that the router has as much RAM as possible and the percentage is more help, since it has a double load, it will have to load double volume
Budget .... well, dragged from the garbage heap 478 computer I think will cope with such a task.
And so Mikrotik, in theory, should be able to do this.
Any Mikrotik ROUTER with USB
Zyxel Keneetic with USB. On new firmware there is prioritization
At the same time, the router will not be able to distribute wifi and connect to wifi, because. there is only 1 wifi module ... although I probably made a mistake, microts seem to be able (cutting the speed by 2 times)
