Which report designer should be used for a web application in JAVA?

Recommend a reporter for a web application in JAVA.
The reporter must have an advanced report designer, support the use of pure SQL queries, be able to develop reports in isolation from the project.
Previously used FastReport for Delphi applications. I would like something similar or better.
